I had the worst experience of my life in this store!
I am a regular shopper at Holland & Barrett . I shop at different stores ,both close to my home & my work place .
I stopped today to grab some staff & the manager of the store was rude ,arrogant & very nasty .
I wanted to buy something which showed on full price but as I checked it online the night before,I enquired whether it was on the half price .the manager who is supposed to know about his job ,didn’t have a clue !
The staff who were kind & helpful scanned it & it was eventually on half price !
The manager didn’t apologise for the mistake & not having The offer place in display but went mouthful & said we have run out of stickers & if you not happy shop online !
He speaks to people over his nose with a terrible arrogance !
I was left speechless !
The store was nearly empty ,and instead of welcoming customers in such difficult time for high street businesses during the corona pandemic he was driving them away .
I will never put a foot in that store ever again .
Be aware shoppers ! There us a very rude ,nasty man running the store .stand up for yourself against the bully .
