Ideal shop for those who want nutritional advise, or like me who go to the gym and trying to loose weight, they have a range of supplements, proteins, weight gains, vitamins, even types of teas!, etc, in all shapes and sizes. The service is brilliant, the assistants are always on hand to help and advise and even when they are not sure of something they will check it up for you, using there in-shop literature, they always do deals so don't hesitate to ask for one, and they are generally good value all round.
