Just read the comment about Coopers of Barnet and i have been going occasionally to
the store for around 22 years, and never have i had any problems with the staff.
They stock practically everything you could ever wish for, and the staff are all
quiet unassuming people. I would highly recommend the shop and i have honesly never heard a bad word said about "Coopers" but i dont go often enough!!!!!!!

not a friendly shop. my 4 year old son was accused by the 2 big guys at the back of the shop of breaking something (and there was no way he could have physically broken it as he was only 4) and they were so rude and tried to make me pay for it. They threatened to call the police. Sainsburys or tesco would never do that, and they were so rude. No one saw him break it except except the nasty liar who works for them,(and I bet he had broken it earlier as it is impossible for a 4 year old to break snap such a piece of plastic in less than 5 seconds) even though there were 7 customers next to my little one. I didn't see it and he just came out of nowhere to accuse the little one. They treat their customers like scum. I used to spend a lot of money there because I liked the shop and the management and was a supporter of cooper but now I would never go there again having been treated in such a rude and nasty way, there is no shop in the UK that treat respectable customers in such a degrading and disrespectful manner. The quality of their products is so poor and are so breakable and there are no guarantees. they appear cheap but actually supermarkets give a better deal and better quality products. coopers is cheap and you really do get what you pay for in terms of customer service, product quality and the likes. I will stick to sainsburys or tesco from now on!!!

Impressed, an amazing range of everything without the need for a shopping trip into town. Reasonable prices, even a really nice bag I would have gone to the West End for!
