I visited here to get some links removed from a new watch I bought. Paid £10 to get 2 links removed following recommendation from shop clerk. Decided the next morning that it was still too loose and went back to get another link removed. 1 min job and charged another £10! Not friendly or helpful. Would not recommend

I have been using this jeweller for use as David is a great master craftsmen and one of the only bespoke jeweller in London not working in Hatton Garden or Bond Street. I first asked him to create my wife's engagement ring and he worked with my wife and I in designing our wedding rings and unique jewellery for just about every birthday present or Christmas since. Never been disappointed and the workmanship is first class.Pricing has always been good - cheaper than like for like elsewhere (and 40% cheaper than Bond Street!)Would highly recommend.

Not a nice experience, interior has an old dirty worn nylon carpet, down market stock, the overall impression is of a very tired old style jewellers with similar attitude towards clients, I can completely understand previous reviewer experience with the watch and the owners (?) attitude towards him, I experienced similar i.e. im doing you a favour speaking to you, the advice I was given was wrong and negative I could see he was being belligerent just for the sake of it, completely wrong attitude for any shop.

I had a ring redesign job done by this jewelrer - it was rebezelling of the three stone gold ring. He did an awesome job and it wasn't overpriced too. I highly recommend this jewelrer - mastercraftsman and very professional too.

I thought my watch battery was dead. I was charged £8 for a replacement battery and then told me that the old battery was fine and that it must be a different problem. He said that if I wanted them to service it would cost £50. I suggest they invest in a battery tester! Would not recommend!
