Wish zero stars was possible. Left an expensive jumper here to dry clean and was shocked to find the whole hood ripped. After the son accepted responsibility and told me his dad will call me back - nothing!

Called all week and was told me i'm ill please bear with me. Then came to the shop a week later to be told its not our problem - you brought it here ripped...we checked the CCTV! Funny couldn't call me back to tell me this but nice to see the owner made a miraculous recovery to come to the shop and blame the customer for their own negligence.

Refused to show me the CCTV and was rude as hell! Lack of class or manners.

I've been a customer of this launderette for the past year or so and I have had such a good experience so far. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I really cannot fault this launderette. Highly recommended!

Dreadful customer service, 5 shirts out of 10 filthy with stains that were not on them before, dress returned with no belt! When we complained the manager was rude DO NOT use absolutely disgraceful service.
