AAA Cleaning

Lovely staff.
I had no idea how to use the facilities and the lady working there assisted me in a lovely manner. Will be coming back. Fresh and clean

I've had two bad customer service experiences from AAA. The attitude of the staff is shockingly bad. Even simple things like asking for change for use of the machines becomes a laborious task. It's almost as if they're doing the customer a favour by allowing use of their machines. It's a Laundromat folks, not the south of France. Truly horrible experience. I live within walking distance and shall rather take a bus and go elsewhere than support that business.

Not be so freaking rude! Seriously...due to the poor customer service and snotty attitude I refuse to use this place even if it is just around the corner. Not a great experience at all, hopefully they don't dampen visitors' impression of this area.

I've been using this laundrette for many years & the only problem i've found is that the water usually in the morning is cold on many occasions. I now don't wash unless i've checked first. The staff are hopeless when you complain. How difficult can it be to make sure the water is always hot. Refunding your money would help a lot.

My husband has regularly used this place for washing/ironing shirts so we have been regular customers (spending about £50 a month) for a few months before actually trying the dry cleaning service.

Our items came back after being dry cleaned in the exact same condition as when they were turned in ( but on a hanger ). I figured it was a mistake so went back to the shop to explain and show the staff why I thought the items werent cleaned at all. As soon as I voiced my complaint though the unpleasant staff member began vehemently denying all my claims. I wanted to show her the stains on my garnments and the wrinkled state they were in, but she rudely made it a point to not even look at what I was pointing to and just continuing on the defensive.
One item looked clearly worn AND dirty so couldn't have been properly cleaned/pressed ( she told me it just looks that way cause of the material...this skirt has been cleaned before and did NOT come back to me looking like that )
One item ( a boy's pea coat ) still had dry biscuit crumbs on it. The horrible staff lady actaully claimed it was a stain that could not be gotten out! WHen I tried to show her by rubbing the material how the stain could be removed she just kept saying ( like a bratty child ) "NO, it cant. No it cant". The corner of the lapel of that coat was folded over - clearly not pressed properly.
It was a truly surreal experience both in terms of quality of cleaning and customer service. Given the multitude of dry cleaning/laundry option in the area, you would think they would at least try not treat their clients like scamming liars.
We are never going back. Try the place accross the street ( Madame George ) instead...or the other place next door.

The washing and drying machines are a bit more expensive than other places, but I choose to come from NW2 to use this place because;
It's always staffed by helpful women who will give you change.
It's kept very clean and tidy.
The machines are always working.
West End Lane is always a good place to hang out, shop while your weashing is being done!

very expencive and they give u bad service, i will not go there any more
