Dear reader sometime ago the better half and myself spent a weekend in London. A shopping, arts and crafts adventure for her, but it was I who purchased the best deal. I have just arrived back from a trip to Africa and once again people who I have never met before have commented on my leather satchel bag. It is a great bag and is becoming well travelled too. oh and it still has that great leather smell. I am coming to London again this weekend and my daughter will be starting college later in the year and I hope to find another great bag for her. Thanks Andrew

When I brought my £400 sheepskin gilet back to have the clasps fixed the owner held it like a rag, looked down his nose and said that it wasn't one of their products. It didn't have their label. I said it must have been removed when they altered it (cut it smaller). He called me a liar & refused to fix the clasp, even after I offered to pay for the work. My suggestion:stop saying you provide great after-care service and that the customer can bring things back for repair. Clearly this is not the case. And also, stop accusing people of lying. I had purchased 3 things from there - NEVER AGAIN
