I have just called in at Larkswood to see how I can resume swimming. I was told I must pre book using the 'app' . I explained that I do not have a smart phone so I could book using the internet. The sheet of paper I was give only talks about the'app' - no use to me! There is no mention of a web site to accept bookings so I made two telephone calls to find out how I can book a swimming session. What a waste of my time and money.
I suggest you try phoning your web site to listen to how good you are, how safe you are but nothing to help a 76 year without a smart phone to book a swimming session!!!!
The lady in reception was not at all busy yet no one can answer a phone to help me.
Please understand that not everyone has a phone capable of setting up an app.
