Landlords BEWARE .NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

I am a property owner.l gave my house on the context that they will do all repairs needed internally other than roof and boiler but they have all but destroyed my property . the tenant complains to zfa re leaks but nothing is done .no one informs me of anything and now with all the water damage the house is destroyed. they take money from your rent and never give an explanation. Their admin boys are nothing but liars and cheats and keep delaying things indefinitely by lying that things will be done. It is a scam set up to RIP off tenants and landlords. They only care about money..by hook or by crook . And crooks they are

How disgusting of this company. Complained about my front door for over 3 weeks waiting for someone to come out and fix it. After much back and forth they finally sent someone that’s not qualified for the job. My brother had to be on FaceTime telling this man what to do because he got the key stuck in the door. I phoned ZFA to let them know what’s happening and all they did was put the phone down on me or left me on hold for 30minutes. Then this man is gonna tell me he can’t fix it and just left. Called back ZFA to tell them that the guys left and my front door isn’t fix (can’t close the door, key still stuck in the door) and all they did was put the phone down on me. So now myself and my children are left in the house with the front door not able to close. When I tell these people or evil.

If there was a zero rating, this agency would receive it. My children and I have been in a property which is supposedly managed by them, with no hot water and no heating for two weeks now and every time these people are called, it is like going around in circles with no solution. It took them 4 years to change the radiator in the children’s bedroom. I have been chasing them and they kept talking but no actions. It was only changed after a complaint was made which forced them to get it done. The other radiators barely produces heat even when there is heating. They all need changing. This agency is highly inadequate and needs investigating regarding the way in which they manage their properties. There is no way children or anyone should be subjected to living in such cold conditions, even worse now being winter. Every time a problem needs sorting out in this property there is always a huge delay. The guys at the office never seem to know anything. It’s always a back and forth. Recently the new phrase is “I’m new” or “This is the first time hearing about this”. The shower needed sorted and I ended up having to pay my own money to get it done. They sent someone months later. There is also a rat issue in this property. Apparently a refurbishment was done, however it all seemed to be botched work and not properly done. This is beyond ridiculous and something needs to be done about these people.

This company deserves zero stars ! There was a mixed up on the date of leaving by one day . Instead of clarifying why tenant had not left , they entered my flat without me present , threw my belongings out on the pavement, damaging some of them and changed my lock . They had no empathy. Do not use them particularly if you are a vulnerable person. They eventually had to put my belongings back in after so much distress.
