I was renting a room in a flat with Cosmo lettings for a few months, everything seemed fine until i had to leave the flat. They didn't sent me my deposit. They just stopped answering my texts/mails/whatsapp,... I have to threaten them to take legal action if i want my deposit back. I'm still waiting for an answer from them. (Plus the flat was in a terrible condition). If they could respect their customers and the contracts.
