In my experience The Parking Shop is a bureaucratic inefficient organisation. I have twice sent cheques to them for Parking Permit Booklets only to be told they never arrived and twice visited them only to be given some jobsworth excuse for why the documentation I presented was not acceptable. As a service organisation, they leave a lot to be desired.
