Needed a lock for my door and was recommended this shop by my local hardware shop. Phoned and talked to a calm and very polite gentleman who gave me directions to the shop. On arrival the same man I spoke to on phone served me with courtesy and a smile.
Would highly recommend this local shop so forget B & Q etc , support your local shops
