Excellent service. My damaged suitcase was repaired within the given period of time, all I needed to do was to drop it off at the store. They were very helpful in writing a very clear note to the manufacturer. Very pleased with the service.

The owner of this shop is a very grumpy man who always seems to be shouting at somebody on the phone. However, if you dont allow you to put this off, their repair service is excellent in my experience.

Shoddy!I dropped off 2 handbags for minor repair over 4 weeks ago &was told it would be 1 week.No email, no call to say they were ready.I tried calling(continually engaged)tried email(no response) so I took an extended lunch hour to go and invstigate. The 1st chap who went to look for the bags couldn't find them he then disappeared then to be told by other chap he was only person i nthe shop.Eventually headed to look & after an interminable amount of time managed to find bags-no labels on them so basically "orphaned"(his words!)had no idea what to charge so just took a guess! Shocking serv
