The Doctor's House

The worst GP service in the world. You can never find an appointment. Everything is hidden and top secret. I doubt that they open up more than 2 or 3 emergency appointment a day. I think you will be able to find more information about MI5 then “The Doctor's House”. When you try to make a routine appointment, receptionist will ask you to call in the morning to make emergency appointment. If you incest on making a non-emergency appointment, you will be offered a date 3 or four months in to the future. This surgery was doing quite well about 10 years a so but since than it has been going downhill and reached a all-time low. The worst of all is, you will need to take a day off work to go to the GP to request a repeat prescription. They will not accept request by pharmacy. They will not accept repeat prescription by phone and they will not give out e-mail address. I think this is because of national security. The only ways to complaint is to take a day off work, write you complaint on a pater and drop it in. I am not sure if it goes directly to bin or someone even reads complaints as nothing happens after you complaint.
If there is any good doctor working at this surgery, please use your human instincts and do something about it. Or answer this question, can you really sleep at night knowing what misery and anxiety are caused by this GP surgery?
