Unprofessional, rude staffs. I had the unfortunate to request a ride from this office and had the worst experience of my life: driver refused to take card payment and shouted at us. Will never call this office again and won't recommend anyone to go through what we experienced.
NO MANNER, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT SHOWING THEY CARE THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

Spoke to the office several times this evening as I did not get promised details of which car was coming to pick up my family as my sister's flight was delayed . I was reassured that they were tracking a flight and not to worry about it.
Suddenly, driver appeared at 0.50 ( flight was delayed for 2 hours) and coordinator called me.
It was rather painful conversation in which I had to listen to long tirade and was blamed for confusing them as he had 2 flight numbers ( I gave him correct one) .Flight details were shown on line for everyone to see! I was patronised and rather bullied and when I said " I called several times and was reassured that they were tracking the flight" he decided to cancel pick up at later time !!! Was that always a plan? Not to work later than 1 pm? Absolutely inhuman to mother and small child already exposed to long delays during the night . When I called him again to confirm he put phone down on me ..... what more to say? Please change your job and have some training in customer service and how to speak to people at 1 am . I have to look for someone else at 1 am on Sunday and also go to work on the morning.... people, just avoid this shambles and call professional

I used Vale Cars many times, they always gave me the price of the journey on the phone,and all except one driver was quite friendly and helpful. They came as arranged and everything was very satisfactory. However they have recently hiked fares by 20% and are now hardly cheaper than hailing a proper black cab . As I now do.

Please hire some competent and DECENT people to make bookings in the cab office at Acton. I wanted a CAB at 9:30am today, and gave my destination details clearly over the telephone. I KNOW your phone calls are recorded for training purposes, so WHY did your AGENT enter the WRONG details for MY JOURNEY today.
I was rushing and did not check the JOURNEY details, ( first time they have been unreliable like this}, I ended up God Knows where, and I had to pay the difference for it . Call up the cab office enroute to the original destination , and he just said " Why did you not challenge the driver if you think it is the wrong way?"
Excuse me, I don't expect to have to challenge a driver over journey details, nor is it my habit to do so, as I had full TRUST and CONFIDENCE that you the cab office would take me to specified destination .
As it is, I had to fork out £20 today, for a trip which should have been £10.
DO I HAVE MUG WRITTEN ON MY FOREHEAD OR WHAT??? I MUST DO.

The worst cab service around, never use Vale Cars. After previous bad experiences last night was by far the worst. I was informed after booking my cab that the fare might go up by 1 and a half times or maybe even double if there is a tube strike... Blatant rip off merchants. I will be reporting to trading standards. They also smoke in their cabs and drivers have very poor local knowledge. Avoid at all costs.

I had the same experience as the person above. They are ALWAYS rude and the experience is really bad without exception. There are so many other mini cabs companies around the area that are much better in every sense.

I had the MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with one of the taxi drivers from The Vale Cars. Absolutely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I called and informed that I have few things needed to put in the boot and I am going only few stops away from my house. When he arrived, he was already complaining so I asked him to call his office and confirm. My things were very delicate and very expensive and told him they need extra care but HE DIDN'T CARE AT ALL. He was stepping on the breaks too hard and I had to hold my bags because otherwise they will tumble over. I called the office to complain while he was listening and after it he was soooo arrogant and asked if I am happy now that I have made my complained. I am not generalizing all the drivers at The Vale Cars..but this particular Asian driver with black turban is HORRIBLE!!!..THE MOST HORRIBLE DRIVER I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!!!!
