Have used this mini cab firm for over 26 years waiting 1 hour to be picked up phoning time after time SERVICE IS BAD CONTROLLERS NEED TRAINING BADLY . The driver was aplogetic not his fault . the cars need checking to see if they are clean and not smelling badly . Mebsi and Maxi need to COME BACK gone down hill badly since they retired
NOT GOOD SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COST YOU SOME OTHER FIRM .

I had the most awful experience with Alphabet cars. Very rude driver and the office staff I spoke with was even rude! They came late and had the nerve to blame the customer. I will NEVER use this company again. Disgusting service should be closed!

Used this company regularly to collect my daughter from school excellent drivers office staff very helpful especially when I am running late to collect my child, can not fault this company in their dedication to customer service
