Extremely unprofessional company. They charged me £8 to drive me from Plaistow to Stratford. It should have been a £6-£6.50 journey. The driver took a long route. He also tried to justify the additional £2 charge by saying he had to "come from Newham" even though Stratford is still in Newham! The manager dismissed me when I called with my concerns. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

An absolutely appalling company...avoid at all costs. Returned from holiday after paying a deposit and tipping the driver to find no car at airport! My daughter had tried to ring the driver for over a week on his mobile but it was never on. Rang the office to tell them, they said he had been missing for quite a few days but do not worry they will sort it out....did they? NO! Left stranded at the airport. Would not ask them for water if I was on fire. They should be disgusted with themselves
