I rarely leave a bad review for any company, but in this case it's well deserved, Driver was great, but he was given the wrong road name by whoever runs this outfit, we got dropped us off to the wrong place miles from where we should have been, the worst thing was 2 minutes after drop off I realised we were in the wrong place so I called them back and they made no attempt to rectify the situation or help in any way they could or even offee me some kind of refund over their error, iit was like tough and fobbed me off, magically the driver managed to drive back to base from a journey that took over an hour in just 2 minutes, they also charged me more than I was quoted, they were recommended too, which is even more of a let down, incompetent and don't care about their customers, steering clear from these in the future, and they don't give receipts for cash payments, terrible service all round, you would be hard pressed to find a worse taxi company

If there was -0 rating I would give it. Very rude staff with no decorum. Very unhelpful and terrible service. Avoid at all cost.
