poor sevice very rude telephone service began shouting at me for no reason. absolutely appalled by there service please avoid these unproffesional people, who need a lesson in basic manners!!!

Our drivers work to the fullest to make their customers happy and our customer services are on spot when it comes to dealing with customers. However we do have customers who are banned to step foot into our office for several reason one such reason is not being able to pay up front which is one of our main polices, the customer who has written the above review was one such customer who disagreed on our policy and was however banned.
