I will definitely recommend this cab firm. Economical fares and reliable service. Booking was very quick and easy over the phone. I got a text message when the driver turned up and received driver was pretty good as well. No complaints from my side. Will use them again I'm sure.

Good management and reliable taxi service. They use a computer system which works out prices and is a bit silly sometimes but they are generally a good London firm.

I booked the cab a day in advance (and pre-paid) and double confirmed my request - location and a time a couple of hours before. because I've had to catch a train I stressed how important for me is to be on time. The driver didn't turn up, the operator was rude and 5 days later I still haven't received my refund!

Nice cars, moody drivers. Let them know in advanced how many pieces of luggage exactly you are carrying... They always ask you for more money
