Your store on Oxford Street no longer exists - made a journey in today after checking the site details for opening times, etc. I am nearly seventy and only wanted to speak to a person instead of robots!!! I have rung your numbers for information, no human person answers, I have tried your help line on the internet with my query - I am not sure your advisors can read, after stating that I don't have a smart phone in my opening sentence, I was asked by FIVE advisors what make my smart phone was - no help there either!! I finally decided to visit the store on Oxford Street, how silly of me, I should have known that it would be a virtual store and not one you can access!!
Please some one sort out you website advertising.

I had excellent service when visiting the store last week on matters relating to upgrading my Virgin services and to solving a problem with my mobile phone. The member of staff couldn't have been more helpful, thank you.

I have never received such ineffective, misleading and poor service from a company across mobile, landline and broadband services. Avoid the insurance at all cost as it is not fit for purpose. I would never use Virgin for any service if it was the last company on earth. Cant think of a single positive thing to say about them

Sunday afternoon, no peak time, 3 shop assistants, 3 clients in the shop. We had to queue for 40 mins to be served. When it was about to be our turn one of the guys went on a break so we were left there to wait even more. And they didn't even solve the problem! Very bad customer service!
