Very poor customer service. Staff unhelpful, welcomed us with a "can't-be-bothered" attitude. An open bottle of Lucozade on the main counter and puzzled looks as we entered the shop suggested the place does not have its priorities right. Assistant manager on site, supported by his two staff members who looked like they had not had a wash for weeks, was rudely argumentative. Kept calling us Bruv and when we asked them to stop doing so, they refused to serve us. This is not a place to go to if you want things done or at least receive some sort of assistance if issues cannot be resolved on the spot. During our time there, another customer left agitated and disappointed with the way he had been treated. Worst experience in a retail environment ever.
If you need an upgrade, go directly to the EE online service as you get a 14-day cooling off period when you can return the phone without question whereas in store, it is not an option - you're stuck with the phone they push on you. The quality of customer service online was really good - therefore one star in the review.
