My phone displayed cracked, and I needed it replaced as soon as possible. On arrival at Gadget express, the customer service was very friendly and supportive. I got my phone fixed within hours. Highly recommend.

I am 51 years old and technology is not my strongest point, but the service at Gadget was incredible.

The owner Ali made my first time buying a smart phone a smooth and fun experience.
For every aspect he was there for me. Answering every question, even the stupid ones.
He truly cared about what I needed and he went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I required to make the right decision to purchase my first smart phone. And I got a really good deal too!!

I did get to meet the other team members and they were also as friendly, upbeat and professional as Ali.
He comes highly recommended and I know I can trust him. I feel very comfortable around him.

Excellent customer service skills. Have been here plenty of times in the past and have always received very fast and efficient service. Very impressed with the quality of work they provide and will always be coming back as a loyal customer. Prices are worth it for the service given. For years gadget has been my number one go to for any repairs or phone services. Would highly recommend.

I WOULD NOT USE AGAIN. Took iPad in for cracked screen repair (I’d dropped it). Cost was £150; half the price of apple. Got back this week on Tuesday; something about screen didn’t look right and some chipped damage at the edges of the glass screen & my protective cover was not returned. I’ve since got it back but had to chase. I was kind of prepared to let these matters go as the repair was cheap BUT today is Friday and my screen has cracked again in a different place & this time I HAVEN'T dropped it. Just phoned the shop to tell them and their response is ‘do I want it fixed? ‘ Answer no I want my money back. Their response no but we’ll give you a discount on the repair & as you must have dropped it! Terminated call and booked an appt with apple which I should have done in the first place. they do not honour the 3 month guarantee.

Communication is absolutely awful they don't contact you at all if anything needs doing and they don't do what they say they will. They don't answer the shop phone so you have to go in to chase things. I Took my laptop in to be fixed. Promised it would be fixed in 7 days. 7 days later I went in, not fixed. They said they would have it done in a few days. A few days later still not done. Then after 20 days of hassling them later and it was finally ready. So I went in to pick it up and was promised it was fixed. However they had only lost my laptop charger and they wouldn't let me leave the store without paying for the 'fixed' laptop (in cash) even though it wouldn't switch on because it wasn't charged. They promised to get one in, on contacting them a week later by phone no reply. I had got a charger and suprise, suprise it didn't work. I purchased a headphone the girl served me was very polite and had great customer service skills.. previously I have used gadget in Walthamstow they did not seem bothered. So well done
