Don't give them your phones to repair. Took them around 2 months to sort mine, after chasing them constantly, didn't provide me for everything I paid for and when I asked for my money back they simply stopped answering my phone calls. Disrespectful. The fix is not worth the effort and the guarantee doesn't cover anything, just laughable. You can't even claim your money back with the consumer rights because this business is not registered with companies house. I tried finding them with HMRC and it says the business has been dissolved, incorporated again and strike off by HMRC.

I enquired about an item they previously told me they ordered for me, and would give me at a discounted price. I waited over two weeks for the item to arrive, going back repeatedly. The man was nice at first, but things got ugly real quickly when I enquired about what was causing the delay. Suddenly it was all my fault, then the man insulted me verbally, I couldn't believe what was happening so stood there in shock, that's when he proceeded towards me in an aggressive manner. I was terrified and so quickly exited the shop before he had a chance to put his hands on me. I've been left traumatised by this incident, and am writing this review to ensure that this cannot happen to anyone else.

I bought a pair of Bluetooth headphones 6 months ago they give u a warranty but every 3 weeks I had to go to the shop to replace them cause are not working ridiculous

These guys are really great! Got a used iphone6s and they took my phone in for a higher price than CEX were willing to pay. And they were so nice and chilled about everything, and they threw in extras because they said I was nice!! I’ve referred all my friends there. If you want a good phone shop in a sea of the mediocre, this is it!
