Aside from [one member of staff], who was incredibly helpful, the so called "manager" of the shop was utterly rude and disrespectful. I paid close to £200 for a screen repair, this manger wouldn't take reasonsibility for the lack of phone functionality after the screen changed. He through the phone back at me and said leave. Meanwhile [staff member] was fantastic, offered a mediation and respectfully saw the issue in hand. That's what a call costumer service! Not this silly man who sits behind declining a glass screen all day thinking he's boss when he doesn't when own the shop!
