I thought that the USB type C port on my phone was damaged because cables wouldn't attach securely and had to be positioned in a particular way for the connection to work for charging and/or data transfer. I visited Terabyte electronic store and explained my situation, and the staff explained that they would clean out dirt and muck from the phone's USB port, and to come back in half an hour or so to see if it needed a full repair. Other places I had contacted did not suggest this and simply offered a costly USB port replacement which would have taken several days once postage is factored in. The servicing turned out to be all that was needed, but if the port becomes damaged in the near future, I can take the receipt with me and get the price of the cleaning taken off the full repair. The cleaning was £10, a full replacement would be £35 without the discount and could be completed on the same day, assuming they still had the parts. Very impressed, I would definitely recommend Terabyte electronics for their knowledgeable staff, upfront pricing and speedy repairs

Top service from these guys. I needed a battery replaced in my old MacBook Pro 2015 and the Apple store in Covent Garden told me it would take 10 days! Couldn't believe it (anything to do with the release of the new MBP's by any chance?). Anyway, they suggested To try “Terabyte Electronics.Terabyte were a bit more expensive than the Apple store but they turned it round over in 24 hours and kept me informed all the way by email.
I notice that they have had a few bad reviews in the past for customer service but they seem to have lifted their game.

3rd time I’ve been in four years, all I can say is thank you, no matter if your a tech head or a dinosaur, Terabyte always helped to get the job well done and always affordable. I used this place to get my laptop screen replaced. I was quoted one price, agreed, only to be charged double this quote when I returned to pick up my laptop. The cost was about the same as Apple but the customer service wasn't nearly as straightforward. If you use this place, it's a good idea to get any quotes in writing!

Easy booking system for MacBook repair, screen in stock and all fitted within 90 minutes as predicted. Far superior to experience and proposed turn around time with Apple directly. Similarly good experience for an iPhone battery replacement at the same store 5 months ago. Would definitely recommend.

I was recommended to go here by somebody in the phone trade, as my trade in phone was damaged and I was quoted £325 to complete the trade in. I also had phone insurance and due to the nature of the damage (iPhone Xs cracked back) I was still quoted £120.00. After hearing about you guys, I found out that my repair would be £65.00 and should be repaired within three hours. They were not wrong and the service and standard of repair was excellent. Therefore, I have to award you guys 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ a big thank you to Sammy.

Great customer service ! Fixed my iPhone whilst I went for lunch. Staff are knowledgeable with a friendly attitude and answer all question with simplicity. Ended up buying a new laptop as had some extra cash due to lock down. Thank you.

I am absolutely dissapointend with these people who work here. Here are the reasons why:
They had my MacBook Pro 13” 2017 laptop for repair on 05 03 2020 and quoted £210 for keyboard replacement and cleaning. There are multiple issues with their service:
1. Battery was not working. Managed to use laptop by having it plugged to power source and was showing that battery is disconnected. Later they falsely stated that there was an issue with connectors which worked before doing any repairs. This was resolved upon bringing back my laptop to their shop for second repair.

2. Replaced keyboard has two issues. Keyboard is not installed evenly and bottom part is lower than rest of it. Some buttons have "no click” when pressed while rest of keyboard is fine. I was not made aware about possibility of these issues before proceeding with repair. I brought laptop for 2 times after repair and you were not able to address it.

3. Laptop is not assembled properly. Bottom li
