My experience of this store is very poor.
I ordered a upgrade phone online for collection in-store. When I arrived to pick it up, one member of staff was slumped in a chair playing a game on his phone. The other eventually greeted me with a grunt and retrieved my handset. He entirely ignored me for the next 5 minutes while he fumbled on his computer. I then had questions about the transfer of my number and my new price plan. He wasn't able to provide answers. I was later informed by Vodafone that they had fumbled my upgrade.
I had to wait 48 hours while CPW 'sent an email'.
