I went to get a new phone as mine suddenly died. I had a few ideas, but was looking for some guidance. Wow. Never before have I felt so unwelcome or been served by someone less interested in helping me find something / making a sale. Left with nothing. CW, I suggest you rethink how you train staff and perhaps use mystery shoppers for quality control.
