pre-ordered a new iphone 6 in store and was told to come the following Friday to collect. I turned up , no phone, I asked why. They had ordered the wrong size of phone! I waited 1hour in store as they tried to cancel and reorder me the correct phone 6 ytpe. 2 weeks later, no phone, they don't answer their landline, they have 180 quid of my cash and im 2 weeks into a 2 year contract for a phone I don't have! Appalling , zero stars
