A decent bike shop let down by squeezing the customer where possible. I bought my bike new from there a few years ago and enjoyed good service. Subsequent servicing and MOT has been patchy and recently during a service they changed front pads without consulting me first - they had only done less than 4000 miles (usually mine last 8k). They also made a mistake on the timing of an MOT, wasting 6 weeks of valid MOT time - no apology from them. Again, a phone call would have clarified things but their desire for the business obviously outweighed common courtesy. It used to be possible to trust bike shops to look after you but these guys seem to be turning into a car servicing mentality. I wont be going back. Shame for them as i have a new Bandit or B-King in mind.

I'm sure that you are aware that we bikers stick together and look out for one another wherever possible. I will also say that most businesses sometimes don't quite meet ALL of their many customers high expectations. However, at PREMIER MOTORCYCLES they ALWAYS strive to provide a service that is second to none!! I'm sure that if you had discussed your concerns with them, they would have been more than happy to resolve any issues you may have had. I'm sorry that you were unable to rectify your issues, but I get the feeling you would have still complained had they not changed your pads and let you ride away with brakes that did need changing. I therefore look forward to NOT seeing you on one of their motorcycles.
