Not friendly at all do not acknowledge you and talk to each other. I did not understand what they was talking about as I do not speak the language myself as a customer I would’ve like for them to acknowledge I was there and talk to me. Try to overcharge me by £10. I had made the booking the day before told them what I wanted asked the price was told what the price would be so when I went to pay I was told it was £10 more and I take argue about it and the guy that done my nails turn round and said okay sit down or take them off. Very rude I paid them but I was told it would cost when I went in and done the booking the day before will never go back there again first and last time they do not interact with their clients

I went in late in the day having never had my nails done before. I was talked to and said I wanted my nails varnished, chose a colour and the girl I was talking to asked me in quick talk to choose a colour and off she went on my nails. I was then passed over to another young woman who did my nails.
All the time they were working they talked across the salon in loud voices in Vietnamese. Not a word was addressed to me. So rude.
My nails weren't filed down to all having an equal length but they did look nice, but I have nails of irregular length. However when I used nail varnish remover to take off the varnish it didn't touch the surface and I discovered I'd got un-removable varnish on my growing nails. Consulted Google who said it will grow out in a year or I needed to buy a chemical to remove the colour!!! I agree, it was perhaps naive of me, but a bit of explantion and help would not of gone amiss. Beware you know what you're having done and file your own nails before they start on you.

The job is done well but it is not a place where you feel nicely welcomed even after going several times. Not going back for that reason as for me it is part if the pleasure of being pampered and having that "me" time. Very unpersonal
