Customer service and quality recently leaves a lot to be desired. Do not bother there are plenty of other places with much better customer service and quality! I have gone to GiGI nails on and off for almost 17 years. I recently had my nails done and within a few days they started chipping (I had the dipping gel). I was told I needed to pay for a full set even though 3 nails had completely broke and 4 nails were badly chipped. They have no regard for bad work and your time! The owner wasn’t there but the staff were rude I won’t be visiting again and certainly wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Terrible service. I had a pedicure done and the nail varnish started peeling the next day! When I went back they said they don’t guarantee regular varnish even for a day. They refused to repaint them. I will not be wasting my money there again. Save your pennies and go elsewhere.

I have been coming here all year and I absolutely love the atmosphere, good prices and I love my nails every time. Highly recommend as they welcomed me in and made me comfortable as I suffer with adhd and anxiety. I look forward to going. Everyone is soo kind and they remember my name and things about me. Very happy to be their client.

Horrible service, overcharging, making up charges which are not mentioned or in price list. I got hollywood she charged me extra for the back hair.

GiGi offer a decent service at a reasonable price. However, their customer service is awful. On the last two occasions I have visited (one of which was an appointment, the other a walk in) they left me sitting for an over an hour without any communication and then were rude and dismissive to me when I finally remonstrated. I've used GiGi for 6 years for gel manicures and pedicures throughout the year. I've spent more than £5000 in GiGi in that time. I regularly bring along my daughter and visitors too and tip generously. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR HOW RUDE THEY WERE TO ME THE MANAGER) YESTERDAY. I WON'T BE BACK - their loss.
