Went in for hands only gel , picked a colour that was powder , woman that done them was very miserable ,talking constantly in her language , must of had a bad cols constant sniffing no use of tissue, made me worried i would catch it, nails were rushed as it was nearing closing time , didn’t ask how I wanted them filed down , waste of £32 as two nails are flaking off in less than a week, would go back to complain but prefer not to because of attitude of this person , will never return rubbish

Too rushed done by different members of staff not consistent I've used this shop for a long time but not happy with it now ...

Had a pedicure today, very rushed my feet weren’t even dried properly, before he started creaming them
Have had this same man before, not happy with the lack of thoroughness.
The staff need to pay attention to what they’re doing and focus on pleasing the customer. Not cut corners
I’ve been going to a salon for the past few years, never had a problem, the only reason I started coming here was because it’s closer. Shame they can not be consistent

Staff are so friendly & lovely. Always ask if your ok..
would defo recommend it here, never walked out unhappy..! Prices have stayed the same for years. I would never go anywhere else. If you havent been here yet you should defo give it a try.
