I've been getting my nails done for about a year in the area of Hertfordshire, and I would say Kawaii Nails is one of the best in the area. Their prices aren't subject to a change depending on who does your nails, which is what I find with a lot of places. They have their loyalty card, with a fair reward at the end. I've also found that they're friendly, remember you (and have great customer loyalty) and are one of the few places that if they make a mistake, they will rectify it for you for free within the week you visited. They can get busy, as can all walk in nail bars, but you can book which is a reassuring alternative if you've got an important date and you need your nails done on time. Their service is quick but accurate, whereas a lot of places don't offer both, and often can take ages to do a very mediocre job. The premises always looks nice as well, which just makes it a bit nicer to be there. The staff are really knowledgable and they are patient and willing to answer any questions you have. They don't just offer you the service which will get them the most money, they will offer you the best service for the state of your nails, which is really good, and can often be a money-saver, and also save your nails from all the damage you may have caused them. The only problem I have found, with myself and my friends who visit, is that they often make mistakes, and even though they will put it right there and then, or when you realise say a few days later, it can be such a chore to go back to get something fixed. I would still definitely recommend it to anyone who asked me, whether I knew them or not, and I am still going to continue to visit. The pros far out-weight the one and only con I can find to the place.
