Rude and overpriced
To start with the nail technician wanted to make a point about the fact that I'd painted my toenails myself previously - I'd not done a great job as I was in a rush, but not sure what her intention of announcing this to the whole shop was apart from trying to embarrass me - unnecessary!
She then carved a chunk out of my heel and proceeded to blame it on me. They still charged me the 70 pounds. Minutes after leaving my heel started bleeding profusely.
They could improve by apologizing for their mistakes and not charging customers when they injure them.
I wont be going

This is a fantastic salon, I've been going there for nearly a year now getting my nails done as well as waxing. Everyone is so friendly and professional and will help you any way they can- plus you cannot beat the prices! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had to sign up to allinlondon to overwrite the negative comment left about this place as it almost prevented me from finding my new nail salon. Its a lovely little spot! V clean, v professional, nice/relaxed atmosphere. Girls are friend and polite and my mani/pedi cost £33!! bargain!

This place is great, basic but friendly.
Had full mani and pedi for £32, great value! Price list was provided on the counter as a take-away brochure - so no question about the cost of treatments. The service was very good. I have been there a number of times now over the last year and always walked away very happy. Best bit - their little chihuahua with painted nails. Very cute.

Was a weekly regular when I was in the City when this place first opened - business appears to be booming as it's busy every Thursday lunchime now. I would definitely ask the price upfront as there is no price list on display - I was charged £30 for a pedicure and painting only of finger nails, I supplied my own polish. Last week I was charged £5 to paint my finger nails and used their polish...I think the manager makes up the price based on what he thinks you can afford....Perhaps supplying my own Chanel nail polish gave the wrong message!

It wasn't the best pedicure I have received around this area, however, it wasn't bad. The annoying thing was though, even I asked how much it was to begin with (£20), I was charged £25 at the end. I was raging especially when the guy who told me it was £20 was denying it and had the biggest grin on his face at the same time! No going back there ever again!

Very fustrated to call at 8pm on Friday night to be told we are closed and then got hung up on. Not quite sure why they even bothered to answer the phone in the first place. Wont be going back to the salon and I was a regular.
