Customer service is great. Quick and efficient and very friendly.

Very frequent changes to staff. Now seem to be left with the one's who are not so adept in customer service. Pedicures are rushed, to or more people can be involved with doing your nails, and really it's just not a nice experience anymore. As you can imagine the nails are a bit hit and miss.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience, I had a pedicure and it was very rushed also the women cut me twice. I have now have a large sore on my heal that has been quite painful. My girlfriend who was with me was told her toe nails were dry and when she got home the polish was all mussed. I suggest that they take a bit more time when doing this procedure, a few minutes extra may help save someone from a painful experience and give them a pedicure that they don't have to fix when they get home. This was my first time at Venus salon and unfortunately i will not be going back.

I'm really surprised by the earlier reviews. I suppose things have changed in recent years. I've been a regular since summer 2013. The quality of the shellac manicures are fantastic with mine lasting up to 3 weeks. Yes, the team are busy due to Venus's popularity, but they are efficient and courteous at all times, and I've never felt that the level of service has suffered. It's also great that you can have threading done in the back of the store.

Busy shop whose aim appears to get as much money as possible Customers arrived after me my lady switched to someone else to meet the hectic pace and told the horrified receptionist to take off my shellac The lady kept barking at her telling her what to do. I had to ask to have someone trained. Someone started to give me a manicure - I asked for shellac. my cuticle/ nails needed minimal prepping, she literally chopped the remaining cuticles off Two days later cuticles were extremely painful and peeling. More organisation and dedicated time allocated to customers needed. Reluctant to go again..

When they first opened the customer service was great. Unfortunatelly as they got busier something is going wrong. Last saturday morning 22/10/2011 at 10:00 till 11:30 there was only one guy!!! And about 7 customers. He did my nails but he was rushing so much that I can see the poor job that he did now, after only 3 days. The same thing was on Saturday 3 weeks before. Lot's of customers not enough staff. The guy was doing me plus another lady at the same time, switching every 5-10 min. If they don't change or employ extra staff to meet the demand they will start to loose customers. Already I'm looking to change salon.
