Booked a manicure and pedicure specified should be at same time. They booked separate, started 14 min late and made no apology. On top of it quality of pedicure very average . Will not be back .

It is true that the girls are nice and the manicures and in fills are top quality in London- the pedicures sadly aren't as good at all...
