Lilly's Spa Nails

I only went to this nail salon as it was recommended to me by someone who has only pedicures and normal manicures, and i was desperate as I couldn't get an appointment at my regular salon. The pedicure was okay, although he could have taken a bit more of the hard skin of the soles of my feet. I also had a take of and a new set of acrylics put on. I showed the man the shape of nail I wanted, as they have a stand with the different nail shapes to choose from. He did it completely different and I ended up with pointed, witch like nails which was not what I wanted. The finish of his nail painting was very poor around the nail bed, all uneven.
I have been doing my nails with acrylics for over 20 years so I know when a job is well done and when it is not. This salon is not for me.

I've been today to do my nails, with a picture on my phone, from the last time when I did ( French), the lady " boss" , she put the cheaper color , pink not the one from the palet I had last time , she was very fast and did not clean properly my nails . In the end she asked for £ 30 !!!
I was in shock because last time ( 10 days ago) I paid £ 27 !
Very expensive and very bad quality!

Very unprofessional. The young man doing my nails burped while doing my nails. When I first entered and asked if they take card they said card only when the man was about to paint my nails he wanted cash and said cash only when the sign said card or contactless. The whole treatment was rushed so he could go on his phone. Worst place I have ever got my nails done and wouldn’t recommend. Most of my acrylics are bent and the paint is smudged. Would rather have gone somewhere else

Worse nail salon in the borough. They don’t listen and have no skill so you end up with something you don’t want. Then they make you feel bad for saying so. They force the money out of you regardless. I’m yet to see certificates of qualifications. I also caught them talking dirt about other customers in their language, don’t think they realised I understood. Highly unprofessional. Long waiting times and bad customer service. Also a little bit unhygienic regarding the mess in the corners, used resources left around and staff children screaming the shop down
