Upper Street Spa Nail

The website currently offers £10 off all treatments. So I went ahead and made a booking on my work lunch break. Once confirmed I called ahead to make sure my nails could be done within the set time. I was then told that they would not honour the special offer because they "forgot to take it down ". Though unimpressed I still agreed to do my nails. Not only was the technician late with no apology buy lied and said it can still be done within the set time. Furthermore, the nails came out sooo bad, they look about two weeks old. Poor paintwork, poor acrylic application. And I was also insulted and told the shape and length I want (which I've been doing for years) cannot me done because my fingers were bigger than the other customers there. So I was misled on the price, made late, insulted and got very bad nails and service. Never been so unsatisfied. I had to return after work to repaint and it actually came out worse. Sad and disappointed.

I love my nails more and more every time! I highly recommend coming here :)
