Sugarcoat Nails

To my absolute horror, my favourite nail shop in London was closed today, so I opted for another one in the area, Sugarcoat Nails.

As someone with arthritis in my hand due to past injuries, I always try to communicate my limitations to nail technicians to ensure a comfortable experience. Unfortunately, the technician I saw did not listen to me at all. Despite my clear explanation that my hand cannot move in certain ways, he repeatedly tapped my hand aggressively, telling me to "relax" and even physically pushed my hand into a position it simply couldn’t go into. When I tried again to explain my condition, he became visibly frustrated and started rushing through my nails, making the experience even more uncomfortable.

A good nail salon should prioritize customer comfort and be understanding of medical conditions. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I left feeling unheard, disrespected, and with a rushed nail job that I was not happy with. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for patience, professionalism, or quality service.
