The place and the atmosphere of the shop was nice but the quality of the nails was not as good as I expected. I was left with cuts on my fingers due to the filing technique that was used, which has never occurred before. I paid a lot of money hoping that the result would be worth it, but it was not, as my acrylics were already falling off after a week.

Loved the look of this place and staff were very friendly however my fresh acrylic full set started lifting after just 5 days. I wouldn’t normally blame the nail shop for this but this has never happened to me so soon before. I also went with a friend who’s nails have also started lifting after getting acrylic infills. The lady doing our nails said she doesn’t like doing acrylic nails and prefers gel so maybe it’s just due to her inexperience and so she should not have to do any other kind of nails but gel. We also left with very sore hands and cuts on our fingers due to the filing technique used which I have never seen before and so maybe this technique should be changed. I wouldn’t normally be so angry about this but I paid a high end price for a low end service and it took 4 hours!!! 4 hours of work should not result in this.
