TERRIBLE service from the newly appointed manager who accused me of trying to get an extra stamp on my loyalty card, which was a little old so the previous 3 stamps were a little smudged. The manager restamped the 3 stamps and didn't stamp a fourth for the current appointment. When I highlighted this to her, she accused me of lying stating there were only 3 previous stamps when you could clearly see the 3 smudged stamps with the new stamps over them. She continued to speak aggressively to me in Vietnamese whilst looking at me and then said in English, "you asked me to stamp extra so I did". This was not the case, I merely tried to explain and show her the card but she refused to look when you could clearly see the evidence on the card. She is an extremely rude lady and shouldn't work at this shop. Bring back the sisters to their shop. TERRIBLE service and I will not be returning.

2 weeks ago I attended Lilly’s nails because my usual technician (from a different shop thst I’ve been using for over a year)was away. The actual technician was lovely although a light bulb was used to dry my nails after SMS had been applied. My nails within the first week looked terrible because the SMS was cracking, which resulted in my nails breaking. Today the lead person )I’m assuming) on me explaining that I had never experienced this before, told me it was due to my nails underneath growing, I reiterated that this had been never happened before, my concerns fell on deaf ears. The same person started to prepare the taking off whilst I was waiting for the technician, at which point she informed me that the cost would be £40. (7 take off / £33 new ones) I advised thst it was cheaper before, she was adamant that it was the same price. I noted that all eyes were on me, so I agreed to disagree. Then the technician started who was polite and generally nice, I asked for her to even put my nails, the original lead person intervened stating that I should have tips. I said thst I did not want tips and questioned whether tips could be had with SMS, at this point my previous technician, the lead and the person doing my nails said tips are fine, o did not want them, but I was worried that they may not cut all of my nails even, I hesitantly agreed for four tips in the most damaged areas from the time before. When I went to pay I noticed the cost on the wall said £35, I pointed this out and a man shouted that the cost was due to me having the four tips. I couldn’t be asked to complain, because all eyes were on me as a large block woman, looking like it was about the cost, rather than the poor service. I just gave the money and walked out. My one point is for the two technicians, although I was not confident with their SMS specialties, their shaping and personalities was lovely.
