I been going here since it open doing pink and white French nails extension and pedicures. I never had an issue, at times it get busy but it expected at times I notice client take longer then other clients. A busy salon is a good salon. John and his team will always do their best to accommodate their client and are not over booking themself as I seen he rejects so many client walking in and over the phone.
I Recommend this salon.

A disgustingly discriminatory business.
Long story short - (At the time, face coverings were not legally required to be worn only advised by the government) I am medically exempt from wearing a face mask. I provided my medical proof to the staff and it was accepted and my treatment began. Mid-way through my pedicure treatment the staff spoke in a foreign language and all of sudden switching back to English I was asked to leave because I was making them "feel uncomfortable and my medical exemption was no longer accepted".
Wet feet, wet hands and incredibly humiliated and discriminated against for my medical condition I left in tears carrying my shoes and coat.
An insulting practise to healthcare, beauty and relaxation. I will never attend this place of "business" ever again nor do I recommend anybody with any physical or mental conditions of any kind to attend.
