I love this shop and have been an absolute regular here since I discovered this little 'gem' about 1 year ago. They are fast, professional and very good at what they do and I need that given I have a busy schedule. They are not overly chatty as the review previous to mine says but, what can be expected from a professional nail salon? I go there to get excellent service nit really to socialise for long. I am always pleased with my nails and get loads if compliments on them. Have already recommended to more than one person. They are pretty cheap too!

Was dissappointed in this nail salon as i thought that they were thoroughly professional by the amount of certificates they had on the wall. Instead the nail technician ignored me for the most part and when she wasnt talking to her colleague she was talking to her child, who was in a pram. I have never had my nails done before and i feel that after this experience i probably wont do it again. i feel to improve customer service they should at least engage with the customer and tell them everything they need to know or at least let them ask questions!!!
