A lovely local spa in Maida Vale with friendly welcoming staffs. They use all good brand products like CND and OPI which is not damage nails like somewhere else I have been. Definitely recommend.

I love their 10 minute massage service. I work with computer a lot and my shoulder always get tension. I normally come for half an hour for massage. It is so relaxing, cant rate them higher.

Cant rate them high enough. Staffs focus on what they are doing. The salon is nice and clean, bonus point with sanitary products provided in the bathroom which is so caring for clients. I love coming here!

I have just been back to Nail Spa after the third lockdown and I am so happy with my treatment. The salon is so hygienic which is rhe most important thing over this covid time. Hand sanitizer are provided and the space has been cleaned throughout and after each clients which is a big bonus. I feel safe in here.

Best place for threading. I have been looking for threading place in Maida Vale area and found this salon. The lady who do threading only come once a week so I always arrange to come and see her that day. All I can say is brilliant, no pain at all. She must be a threading professional. I only come to her for my eyebrow and upper lip now.

Lovely salon in little Venice. Such a nice and hygiene place. I only come here to get my nail and beauty treatment done as I am quite an OCD person. All the tables are cleaned and disinfect after use. Love their decoration as well. Highly recommended.

Take my mom here today and we did have really relaxing time. The girls take care of us so well. They are not only good in painting which I couldn’t find in somewhere else but also giving good customer service. Such a lovely salon in the middle of little Venice. I highly recommend.

I got really relaxing time with the girls here. They are polite, gently, caring and lovely. They all speak English and do good job. I felt totally safe when I was siting in the salon as the receptionist disinfect the whole area before taking me in. Everyone wash their hand before treatment.
I left with perfect set of Shellac. Highly recommend.

I was surprised when I came back to Nail Spa after a while as I did have bad experience before. Such a change. They did refurbish the whole salon and make a good effort improve the customer service. I feel the welcoming atmosphere from everyone and they do good job as always. My shellac last for 4 weeks until today which is incredible. On top of that, they only use friendly product that never damage the nail like somewhere else. They have good selection of color. I will definitely coming back. Only one improvement maybe the TV should be on both side of the wall but never mind I still really enjoy my visit.

I was really surprised when I got a 6 o'clock appointment at Nail Spa the other day for my infill and shellac on top.
They normally do not take that long treatment that late. The girl who did mine was so skillful and friendly, her English is so good as well. I was the last client but the girl wasnt rush at all. Finishing with perfectly nice and nature looking nail. Highly recommend!

I havent come to Nail Spa for long time due to rude and bad attitude staff. This time I give it another try. I was surprise with the new face. They recently refurbish so the salon look modern, nice and clean. All the staff now are so friendly and professional. No more chating all over the place. I will definitely coming back!

They got such big change in term of refurbish and customer service. There s welcoming atmosphere and the girls speak to you. I have been coming to Nail Spa for years. I can totally understand all bad reviews about the staffs’ attitude however I think it depend which one you have. There are few girls amazing, they do good nail and speak English. The receptionist is very organise and manage well even though she sometime quite strict. Although they recently refurbish that make the salon very nice and spacious. They also change the staff I think which is also nice. They dont speak in their own language or talk all over the place. They do care for the service and clients. I do recommend!

I think the review of Nailspa on this site do not reflect the service I have had there. I've been going for several years and the salon is spotless and well-organised, with very good availability and efficient service. The staff do indeed speak in their own language, but I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure there, and I recommend it to others. They do good work. The beauticians are also excellent.

I've ever had the displeasure to sit through and pay £45.
The girls talk in their own language the whole way through, tapping me with the polish bottle to get my attention. Unrelaxing and verging on hostile behaviour.
Yanking my arm to so it was more comfortable for them to apply varnish rather than move round to the otherside.
Will NOT be returning.
I would have complained to manageress but she was no better,did acknowledge or say thank you as I handed over £70 in total !

This place is poor! I had a manicure and was in and out within 6 minutes with nails that looked the same as when I walked in....felt a bit robbed. No luxury, very rushed and no effort made. I at least expected that the oil would be rubbed into my cuticles! I thinks she may have even missed filing my thumb as it still had a jagged edge that I went in with. Very disappointed and would not recommend. I was too embarrassed to complain and frankly shocked that she was finished!

This place is shocking, the girl I had seemed like she had never seen feet before in her life.
That wouldn't have been so bad if the result has lasted, one day and the top edges of my varnish is coming off.
As a business you need to be:
More friendly
Communicate with your clients ie how long the client will be waiting etc
Check the drying process and show interest
Doesn't matter how cheap it is, and not that cheap as it happens, if it doesn't last it's pointless money down the drain.
It's such a shame as it's really close and seemed like the perfect place from the out

The only advantage of this place is the location and fairlty good opening times. Otherwise service is unfriendly, they ran late by 15 minutes today (3 May 2015) and the atmospshere is very busy, a relaxing spa experience is a far. The seats for pedi are not expecially comfotable, the slection on magazines is poor (only Grazia, Hello and OK!), no one comes to suggest a time when yoiur nails possibly would be dry, I could had sat there for hours without no one paying attention to me (they wanted me to pay in advance) if I would not had approached them by myself and asked. Cannot recommend.

the cuticle work is terrible and i suspect badly done so that you have to return sooner rather than later.
the service has become terrible, the girls speak to each other in their own language so the experience is not peaceful.
this place takes advantage of the fact that it is onlybnail bar in an area where many time poor women live.

Absolutely awful. I got a manicure today- wasted 45 minutes. The nail polish was of poor quality which they could not be bothered to change and the manicurist was bad to say the least. In fact, the manicure has already chipped and it has been less than 8 hours since i got it done. I would not waste

I have just had a manicure done there plus some nail repairs and that was good but the welcome you get by the staff is an absolute disaster. you walk in and the only thing you get is that everybody turns towards you without saying a word. Plus what I found offending was that all the girls speak in their own language which is a bit uncomfortable adding on top of this the way they gather and have a chat as if they are sitting in their living rooms.

Nail spa was really great when it first opened, however my last mani/pedi there was overpriced and very smudged not what you expect from a nail shop. I have also had beauty treatments there but after my last experience will not use it again, booked in for a regular bikini wax what can go wrong? an inexperienced beautician with another memeber of staff watching and to charge £18.00 for the experience!

I'd been crying out for a fab beauty salon in Maida Vale for years - thank heavens for Nail Spa! Have had a selection of treatments here, including mani's, pedi's and even full body massage, all of which have been outstanding. Clean environment and super friendly staff and always have the latest nail colours as seen in Vogue! A must!
