Five Star Nails

I have been coming here to get my nails done for nearly 25 years. I would not go anywhere else.

I’ve been using a couple years now and would never go anywhere else. The owners are great and have impeccable customer service from my personal opinion. Never have I had a nail fall off. If I did they would replace for free I’m sure.

I’ve been to many other places in the past and nowhere beats 5*nails, again my personal opinion.
During the corona they used their time wisely and decorated With beautiful hand painted flowers on the wall.

Very professional, clean and tidy.

They generally ask if you want tea or coffee while you wait. Admittedly their English is not up to scratch, but they do know 'may i help you' and 'please take a seat'. I have been with 5 star nails 6 years now when it used to be opposite ish Nationwide. The guy who does my nails is very quick. Generally i'm in and out within 45min-1hr. The owners are quite friendly and nice too. Only once I had an issue but it was not that bad that it made me stop going. Definitely no problem there and would highly recommend.

5 star nails Service was the worst I ever had. The workers there hardly speak or understand english so there were no communication between us. I ask for square nails and they give me round! When they gave me round it was way too short. They took so long doing my nails and I told them I was not happy because lack of communication. They didn't give me any discount or sort out my nails properly. Not happy at all, never advise anyone to go there. I don't even think there qualified!!!

Five star nails in Hayes is very friendly & good service. They'vs done my nail look great.
