Kimberley Nails

Used to go to this shop there is no service, prices vary some far too high, hopefully Tax is being paid the amount it cost to get your nails done, I often wonder why its cash only.
There is no customer service the staff can be quite rude, it's very slack don't care attitude
I thought I would give them another try, big mistake, nothing changes. there is no appointment system in place however people walk and mention they have appointments. whilst you're sitting in the shop for 45 mins or more, I asked if there is an appt system I was told No, Only if you face fits

Used to go there in the past but service was getting very slack but today I thought I would give them another try, big mistake , had a pedicure that lasted all of 5 minutes not at all happy, the lady next to me was having her feet done when I walked in I waited about 10 minutes to be seen and she was still having the procedure when I left, I suppose if your face fits!!!

So I had a pedicure by the man who never speaks to you, that was on Saturday 5 December 2020. The toes on my left foot started off by itching and today 15 December now very swollen and itchy. I can't even step on my foot. Initially I thought I had caught a fungal infection so put some canesten cream but no relief. I do think the horrible man put something on my toes coz this is very unusual. Much as I'm scared to ho to the hosp coz of covid. I will have to see medical advice coz it's getting worse. I am never ever putting my foot inside that kimberley nails 114 Kingsland in Dalston. They should be closed down. Have always gone there yo do my nails whenever I visit my daughter in London. To think I travelled all the way only to pay for an infection just so infuriates me.

They can improve by communicating with their customers, listening to their requests, listening to what happens between customers. Some customers push in the queue or speak rudely to other customers in the queue. I would not recommend going to this nail shop. Also I had to go back to the nail shop 30 minutes after because my shellac was peeling off. The man that did my nails did not speak to me at all and was on his plhone the whole time. I found that very disrespectful, also my pedicure was fine at a poor standard.
