Rude. Make you wait when there are no other customers. Dont say hello or goodbye. No eye contact. Look elsewhere when they speak quietly so you can’t hear them. I won’t go back.

This shop is ridiculous. When you book with Hermes it says it's open until 9pm 7 days a week. When I wanted to check the opening times today it said it was closed Thursday. I then tried calling 20 times and when they finally picked up they said it closed at 8pm. Not helpful at all.

The only word I can use to describe this place is incompetent. This is my nearest Hermes collection and I have to use this newsagent frequently, it is so painful every time. The do not know or understand the Hermes scanning machines they are using, they get annoyed with YOU if things go wrong or just say the barcode you've been sent doesn't work. I have had to go to take my package elsewhere sometimes and others have scanned it without problem. They are insufficient and slow there is no system, they receive packages and don't know where they have put them and then keep you waiting up to 10 mins each time. It is so frustrating, if you even dare to politely complain or suggest improvement they get extremely rude and confrontational. The whole experience is unpleasant and stressful.
