I went to this shop at 15/11/2010 8.10 am and asked for travel card (oyster) for zones 123 and price of it. They sold me a ticket for 6.10 and after few rounds on bus and metro it stopped working . I went to underground service and they told me my money run out. Short story : the man at the shop (mind reader?)sold me ticket off peak , and I should start my travel at 9.30. Nobody told me that and I had to paid for another tickets again this day. When I asked at shop to refund additional costs , they were really rude and told me that it was my fault. AT 8am , without any questions they decided that I will travel 1 hour later!!! Maybe next time they will sell a ticket which will start next day or even week. Very unprofessional behaviour.
