Sat with a young gentlemen, with long hair. I have never worn contact lenses before and was slightly nervous. He was articulate, efficient, funny and intelligent. I felt at ease and learnt very quickly thanks to his tips and demonstration. Honestly thought it was the best customer service I have experienced. As a teacher myself, I found it incredible to be the student and actually learn techniques on how to make learning an enjoyable experience! Many thanks.
